This policy explains how AzurUK Ltd ("AzurUK", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller for the processing described here, and we handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

AzurUK Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15353114). We sell consumer products through online marketplaces, including Amazon, and operate this website.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us — if you email us or use a contact form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Order and customer service information — where you buy our products through a marketplace such as Amazon, that marketplace provides us with the limited information needed to fulfil and support the order.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

How we use it

• To answer enquiries and provide customer service
• To fulfil orders and handle returns, refunds and warranty matters
• To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting records
• To keep our website and systems secure

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business.

Amazon Advertising and marketplace data

We use the Amazon Ads API and Amazon Selling Partner API to read data about our own seller and advertising accounts — for example our stock levels, our order totals and our advertising spend. This is used solely for internal reporting and stock planning. We do not use these interfaces to access other sellers' data, we do not sell or share the data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising to individuals.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions — such as our website host, email provider, couriers and accountants — and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on adequacy regulations or on standard contractual clauses together with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years. Records connected with orders, tax and accounting are kept for six years, as required by UK law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email azurukltd@gmail.com. We respond within one month.
